Rubio Monocoat Universal Maintenance Oil

Universal Maintenance Oil is used for protecting and refreshing the colour of oiled wooden surfaces. The maintenance frequency depends on the intensity of the floor traffic.

Weekly maintenance:

Rubio Monocoat Soap
Floors treated with Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus can be maintained using Rubio Monocoat Soap and water (matt finish), Rubio Monocoat Soap Satin and water (satin finish), or by using the ready-to-use Rubio Monocoat Surface Care spray.

Refresh where necessary

Rubio Monocoat Refresh
Maintenance with Rubio Monocoat Refresh is only necessary where heavy traffic has worn away the gloss and protective finish.

Annual maintenance – depending on wear and tear

Rubio Monocoat Maintenance Oil
Floors treated with Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus can be comprehensively refreshed when needed - depending on the wear and tear on the surface - using Rubio Monocoat Maintenance Oil.

Removing stains

Rubio Monocoat Surface Care – Rubio Monocoat LimeSpot Remover – Rubio Monocoat Grease Remover
Localized stains can be treated easily with the ready-to-use Rubio Monocoat Surface Care spray. For treatment of fat and/or lime spots, we recommend using Rubio Monocoat LimeSpot Remover and Rubio Monocoat Grease Remover.
